The roots of our democracy date back over 2,400 years ago. Plato stated that “the price of apathy towards public affairs is to be ruled by evil men”. Our American democracy and constitution will not survive the price of apathy. Sitting back and doing nothing will yield an America that no longer is the country that we built over the last 250 years. Resit the move to dismantle our ideals, our moral fiber, our freedoms, our history, our truths.
