Description
The decision to engage in war should be made by Congress, not by any individual or president. Our national wealth and international standing should not be squandered on war, particularly one that has been poorly conceived and executed. The war with Iran has resulted in global suffering and hardships. All because neither Trump nor Netanyahu appear to be concerned.
Allocating hundreds of billions of dollars to war and increasing our national debt by trillions of dollars is not what any citizen signed up for. While it is true that Trump and high-ranking officials in the administration may be personally benefiting financially, the citizens of our nation and the global community deserve better.
